Description
The Larick 390 Ultimate Shaper is an automatic, conveyor-fed machine designed for precision profiling and shaping, specifically popular for handling arched panels and small parts. Built in the USA, it combines the features of a traditional shaper with the high-volume capabilities of an automated system.
- Ideal for Small Parts & Arches: Because it is conveyor-fed, it can easily handle small, intricate, or pre-arched panels that are difficult to manage with conventional machinery.
- High Efficiency & Quick Changeover: Features include 5-position fence adjustments and digital position indicators for horizontal and vertical adjustments, making profile changes extremely quick, reducing downtime.
- "Set and Forget" Automation: The 390 can automatically "hog out" (machine) arched panels, increasing efficiency and reducing the need for manual shaping labor.
- Built for Reliability: Uses tried-and-proven technology from the Larick 410 shaper/sander, including a 6-inch wide conveyor with staggered hold-down tires for maximum stability.
- Optional Upgrades: Features a standard stack tooling spindle, with options for HSK spindles for faster tooling changes and hopper feeders for higher production volume.
