Union Series #15, Model A, 64 inch Roller Coater specifically designed to apply adhesives to the top and bottom surfaces of substrates. This coater will apply a consisitent and controllable amount of coating with direct-action roller coater.
Max. with of sheet 60 inches.
Max height (Thickness) 4 inches.

Additional Features:
• MECHANICAL DIGITAL INDICATORS: Mechanical digital indicators present to give a visual reference of the position of the doctor rolls in relationship to the coating rolls and of the upper coating head in relationsfiip to lower coating head.

PAS_S_UNE: Approximately 34", ergonomic working height. Leveling casters are also added to the base of the machine.

• GUARDS/COVERS: All moving parts guarded. Guards constructed of sheet metal, lexan, stainless steel, or expanded sheet metal.

• BEARINGS: All roll bearings are anti-friction, self-aligning.

Speed: The coater has a variable speed of from 20 to 60 l.f.p.m. unless otherwise specified. This will be an AC inverter type variable speed and will be mounted in the disconnect box.

ADHESIVE PUMP· An air pump is used to pump the adhesive. Separate plumbing for the adhesive will be supplied with this coater to pump the adhesive to each coating head.

LEVEL TECH DEVICE: A level tech/timer device will be provided to pump the adhesive automatically to both the upper and lower coating head assemblies.
