Additional Features

Used CNC machine,
The original build was 2008, but basically this is just the metal. Many new upgrades makes it more like a 2018 machine plus additions to the machine.
Some of the upgrades for the CNC!

QCore Control Upgrade For Existing Model 45 Machine (Reference Lovech CS45305)
The QCore
SuperControl upgrade contains the items necessary to allow the “Windows 7 Pro” version of Thermwood
software to operate on the existing Machine.
The electronics upgrade includes:
l 1 TB SATA Hard Drive
l Intel Core 2 Quad, 2.66 GHZ Motherboard w/ 2 GB Ram
l Latest Version of Software
l Programming Manual
l “Windows 10 Pro” Operating Software
l Miscellaneous Cables

Added Vacuum Sensor To Existing Machines

The PLC was modified to verify via input that vacuum is present when the spindle is running. If the PLC does not verify
the input and the spindle is running the machine will be placed into a Feed Hold Condition. If a loss in the vacuum occurs
the vacuum sensor will place the machine in a Feed Hold Condition.

Added The (High Tolerance) Auto Tool Length Sensing Option To Existing Machines

The TS27R is the standard tool setting probe for machining center applications. This feature provides the user with an
automatic method of entering tool length offset numbers. The new tool length sensor is a compact robust design that will
mount on the existing tool bar, which is connected to an input on the machine. The option comes with a macro which will
move the head over the sensor, measure the cutter and edit the tool length offset table. The operator can call the macro
any time a cutter is changed.
The system will work with ferrous or nonferrous cutter bits. The device repeatability is rated at .001.
